The Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade acts in accordance with the reporting and information sharing provisions set out in the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement and the Withdrawal Agreement, including the Windsor Framework. This includes publishing information on trade agreement implementation, customs and trade facilitation cooperation, regulatory cooperation, subsidy control, and the operation of UK-EU governance bodies established under those agreements.
