Department for Work and Pensions: Equality

Asked by Charlie DewhirstConservativeDepartment for Work and PensionsTabled Answered 8 September 2026UIN 24122

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what specific diversity and inclusion (a) days, (b) weeks and (c) months, were recognised and marked by (i) the department and (ii) each of its agencies, in the calendar year 2025.

Answered by Department for Work and Pensions

The information requested is not collated centrally and as approaches may vary across the Department and DWP’s Arm’s Length Bodies, including how activities are organised, recorded and celebrated within each area, undertaking this exercise would require the coordination and analysis of a significant volume of information. This could therefore only be provided at disproportionate cost.
