The question

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment HMRC has made of the impact of its National Minimum Wage compliance campaigns on small and micro-businesses; and what steps HMRC takes to ensure compliance communications are proportionate and targeted towards employers at risk of non-compliance.
