Asked by Edward MorelloLiberal DemocratDepartment of Health and Social CareTabled Answered 7 September 2026UIN 25089

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether she has had discussions with food retailers and manufacturers on reducing the cost of gluten-free food products.

Answered by Department of Health and Social Care

The Secretary of State has not held discussions with businesses on this matter. However, officials in the Department engage regularly with relevant businesses and stakeholders. I refer the hon. Member to the answer given on 29 June 2026, PQ UIN 12485.
