To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Ministry of Defence press release entitled European security strengthened under landmark UK and Estonia agreement, published on 16 July 2026, what performance measures will be used to assess the success of the UK-Estonia Defence Roadmap.

The UK and Estonia will continue to work closely to monitor the implementation of the UK-Estonia Defence Roadmap against the commitments agreed by both nations. Through bilateral policy engagement, officials meet regularly to assess progress against each line of the Roadmap to ensure effective and timely delivery of activity, in accordance with the Governance chapter of the Roadmap. The product of this engagement is a bilaterally-agreed performance review document held at NATO SECRET.
