The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of exempting independent hospices from increases in employer National Insurance contributions where their staff provide services commissioned by the NHS; and what estimate he has made of the annual Exchequer cost of such an exemption.
