The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment she has made of the adequacy of average waiting times for Medical Examiner scrutiny of deaths since the statutory extension of the service to all deaths in England and Wales; and what steps she is taking to ensure Medical Examiner offices are adequately (a) staffed and (b) funded to meet demand.
