The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what steps she is taking to improve mobile signal in Broadhempston.

Answered by Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport

The Government’s ambition is for all populated areas to have access to higher quality standalone 5G by 2030. The Government continues to work closely with the industry to ensure this is delivered, including through the identification and removal of barriers to deployment.

We are also undertaking a Mobile Market Review with the aim of better understanding how the Government can go further in supporting the sector to deliver widespread high-quality connectivity.
