I am pleased to lay before Parliament today the Service Police Complaints Commissioner’s Annual Report for 2024 on the Service Police Complaints system.

This report is published by Margaret Obi and covers the operation of the Service Complaints system and the delivery of her functions in her second year as the Commissioner. I am grateful for her work and independent oversight of the Service Police Complaints System.

The findings of the Report will now be considered fully by the Ministry of Defence, and a formal response to the Commissioner will follow once that work is complete.
